3. Four-Pillar CRM & Data Infrastructure

• Automated Lead Routing: Engineering a secure, multi-tenant database partitioned into four distinct operational sectors: Mining, Construction / Emergency routing, Municipal Engineering spec tracking, and a dedicated Regulatory Hub for third-party scientific verification.
• Webhook Nervous System: Building the invisible backend automation workflows that instantly capture chat transcripts and user data from the website and push them directly into the secure CRM environment without manual data entry.
• Relationship Maturation Loops: Deploying automated follow-up sequences for leads transitioned to international distributors to ensure quality control and uninterrupted sales momentum.

4. Year 1 Managed Infrastructure (Tech Stack)

Blissbranding Agency covers 100% of the Year 1 technical infrastructure overhead for the core TECH stack, including all required PRO licenses (Vercel, secure database seats, automation core, and Weglot). Full billing for these platforms transitions to the Client’s corporate card at Month 13.

Please note: The Client will directly hold and manage the OpenAI API developer account to cover raw AI compute utilization from day one, ensuring the Client maintains total control over their usage volume.

5. Intellectual Property & Total Asset Ownership

Upon clearance of the final project milestone, Clearflow Group assumes 100% unencumbered ownership of all custom-developed assets. This includes the final deployed source code, the custom AI agent (Atlas) architecture, the automated database infrastructure, and the private GitHub repository vault. The Client retains full rights to lease, replicate, or scale this architecture across their global distribution network.
